If you have a medical emergency we may cover transportation to a hospital or back to Australia for treatment. You must have our consent to evacuate or repatriate you.
We offer cover for cruising in Australian and International waters with our optional Cruise Pack, which can be added to our Comprehensive, Domestic and Multi-trip plans for an additional premium.
We cover you for a large number of pre-existing medical conditions. Simply complete our online medical assessment to apply for cover. Additional premiums may apply.
Without travel insurance, medical bills can potentially set you back a few hundred thousand dollars. Our plans offer cover for overseas medical expenses, medical evacuation and repatriation. We also include access to 24/7 emergency assistance.
You can encounter thieves in any part of the world, and Australia is no exception. Things can easily get lost or damaged when travelling. Cover may be available if your bags, luggage or valuables get damaged, lost or stolen. Chech the PDS for individual limits.
We may provide cancellation cover if your trip is cancelled, rescheduled or shortened due to unexpected events outside your control, such as illness or certain natural disasters.

All you need to do is click on the green get a quote button and enter some details such as; trip type, destination(s), trip dates, number of travellers, and age of each traveller. You’ll then go through a quick process where you can select the plan that best suits your travel needs and then add any benefits or add-ons to suit your policy, for example you can add cover for snow sports, adventure activities or cruising, and cancellation limits and base excess.
You can submit your claim online. Keep all receipts, medical reports, and supporting documents for a smooth claims process.
Yes, you may extend your policy while abroad, but terms and conditions apply. It’s best to check with us before your policy expires. A new policy will be issued, certain restrictions may apply. See the PDS for more information.

All international plans include cover for overseas emergency assistance and overseas medical and hospital expenses. Depending on your plan, other COVID-related events, such as cancellations and changes to travel arrangements, may also be covered.
When you are completing your claim online, we ask you for electronic copies of all documents. However, for all claims, you need to be able to provide us with the originals if we request them.
When booking your travel arrangements, keep your original documents and receipts to make claiming easier if required.
While travelling, keep medical reports or police statements saved or filed safely until after your claim has been finalised. You'll usually need to upload or email clear copies of all documents, and we may request originals later for verification – so don't throw anything away.
If your documents are lost or stolen, provide supporting evidence (e.g., a police report or written confirmation).
Important: Scan or photograph your documents before travelling for easy access if needed overseas.
